Everyone knows about China making copies of electronic goods, iPhones, iPads, Zunes, TVs everything and anything... but how about actual retail stores.

It is easy to be competitive when all is "free"

When all the small pieces are added up, cracked software, ignored patents, black market ... one understands we are not competing on the same terms.

I think they sell real Apple stuff but they're owned by a third party and not supposed to be using their logo and such.

Oh, China. I was there for a while last year and saw a lot of this kind of thing, although not as epic as this one! I took a particular interest in The North Face gear as I used to work for them and can spot a fake. I don't think I saw a single piece of authentic TNF gear. They had copied all the TNF display graphics and merchandising setup - only it was all slightly crap
