Quick answer needed which of these 2 boards should i get!

Asus P8Z68-V Intel Z68 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard

MSI Z68MA-ED55 Intel Z68 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard

Im ordering my parts tonight at midnight as soon as my money goes into bank

im buying i5 2500k sandybridge 3.30ghz
corsair 4gb ram
and zalman z9 case
and zalman blue led cpu cooler

i plan to overclock but ive never done it before and want it to be easy.
I really like the Asus one but im not sure how easy it is to overclock with it .
The msi one has the oc genie 2 which is just 1 button press and its done but has less features i think then the asus one .

please help me decide which one and please explain why

i was thinking of that board but decided against it because of all the error threads about it

Well some have no problems and the only problem i had was when using the cpu graphics it would BSOD.
Just need to choose between asus or msi now.

i think ill go with the asus one after seeing this video

so it has more features and is easy to oc

asus are very solid boards but so are msi.....
