Nissan Skyline 2.5 Tubo

Unless you specifically wanted one of those with the aim of making it a drift car then there really seems to be little point to them.

Years ago when I had my R34GTR a guy I knew through work had a 2.5T unit similar to that. Always insisted it was 'just like mine' but automatic.

After having a go in it...well, he couldn't have been more wrong. It was slow and cludgy to drive, and not to mention RWD only too.

I guess it depends on your expectations. I reckon there's far better things to spend your money on....

I was expecting good things then looked at the pics, the wheels don't look right... are they standard? Also is that a factory fit spoiler? It looks huge!

Next up I was expecting some leather in the cabin but that interior looks poverty spec. Am I missing something? Can somebody point out why this is a almost a 6k car?

As stated above. Popular in the drift scene. Engine, other running gear and brakes etc could be useful put in other cars. Plus it wont end up going for 5.8K when it eventually sells.

Its not a 2004 car. They were '98 to '02. Would assume that was the year it came to the uk? The Japs were not that bothered about their interiors back in the 90's. Compared to UK prices the Japs pay an awful lot less for their motors (ones that are available to both markets) than they do here. Therefore you get interior trim levels of a lower level than you would see over here. Bit like a Clio cup. Big engined car at a low price to people who are not interested in interiors.

Those 17"s. are standard. Most owners used to ditch them/keep for track days. I bought a set for peanuts and put them on my 200sx.
