Anyone have a 600T/650D Corsair in Uni Halls?

Hey All,

I am making a new PC soon and am looking at the 600T/650D and am going to Uni in Sept.

So this question is mainly to have had this case in halls of residence.


Im worried of the size of them, how well did it fit into your halls room?

I know every room is different etc... but im just collecting information.

You're a geek, man. Put the case in the centre and build the room around it. Anything that doesn't fit in around the case, you probably don't need!
 
i have the same issue lol i got a 600t white i bet it will fill 90% of my room cos its the size of a small tank
 
The 600t will look great in your new living space - go for it and good luck at uni!

My P182SE was fine in bristol, cramped, but doable. Buy a windows netbook or laptop that you can take into uni too, wish I had earlier.
 
I had a tiny box room (2m x 2.5m) and could fit a bed, wardrobe, medium sized desk, chest of drawers, and a lian li full tower in there :). The only places you could stand were in front of the wardrobe and a tiny bit in front of the drawers and the door. 600t will fit NO PROBLEMO!
 
You get a large enough sized room with a big enough desk to fit a full tower on in any university halls.
Mine fit perfect last academic year.
 
Cheers for all the responses guys, now just deciding between the 650D/600T. About a month ago I was adamant with the 650D, I'm not sure why.

650D is taller.
600T is deeper.

What ever one I pick, Ill wish I picked the other when I get it in the door xD

Just make it the center of your room something that when people walk in and go wooo then your be fine. i wonder if my 600t will fit in Aberystwyth halls in September i hope so :S

LOL I am going to Aberystwyth in september and i am looking at 600t how bizzare! Got the HAF 932 atm and i dont want to take it. tbf, I just dont want it!

I am staying in cwrt mawr btw, rooms dont look massive! :s

nope its the one next to rosser and on the other side from the one you are in. im 18 going to be doing computer science (undergraduate). the room should be fine for a 600t off memory that was off memory lol im sure find somewherre to put it XD even if its in the comunial area :O

I had a armor last year (massive case) and it fit fine. As long as you have a desk (which you should) your PC can fit under it. I don't know of any cases (apart from maybe the elysium) which can't fit under a desk.

I have some pics of it in halls if you want. I was in Dawson Hall @ Barts & The London SMD.

How's the mid life crisis? :D;)

FWIW, I had a my lianli pc-p80 at uni, would take it home for the holidays too. :o

Also had my server (file/game) at uni in a pc7 case, no problems. Was just exhausting moving it around.
