Monday Night Combat (worth checking out! Quite a bit different. Like TF2 crossed with Dota)

Not massively. It's not like there were ever that many popular FPS shooters at any one time. It's pretty much been a case of the 'which are the top three?' since the DOS days.

Quake Live is the best FPS that has a player base, hands down. That or QuakeWorld.

Homefront is not crap,

Its just a little to short, good fun though and nice story for a change.
