How far do you sit from your pc moniter?

Just curious really. i've only got a 19" moniter and i sit roughly 1 meter or less away. I'd just assume the bigger the screen the further away you'd sit. Or is 24" the new norm for moniter size?

24 inch, sit about 3 feet. Only because there's a block of wood on the back of my desk I rest my feet on

from my ergonomics class, your meant to sit an arm's length from your monitor, but they didnt delve into a "distance:monitor size" ratio

About 50cm from a 17", 5:4 ratio.
