Ha no, I just had a bit of shut eye when it was parked outside as Will Gill got us up at some criminal hour, and as result I only had about 4 hours sleep.

Dyno time came and couldn't really be bothered to get out - the dyno chap (Scuba?) didn't seem to mind and so I stayed there. Wasn't all show though, the car/dyno was bloody loud and having an ear on the pillow made it bearable (as well as being comfortable

)

and finally just to help improve acceleration a 3:9:1 diff. Brings the 0-60 to under 5s nd also improves in gear acceleration.

for sale value of monaro + cost of them mods, i imagine you'd not be far off an S2 exige, or at least a 111R? Even better than the mx5

True, depends how much he wants to spend really. I was just thinking of something for the least outlay yet still with a huge grin factor whilst keeping the Monaro.

Good to see Princey seeing the light!

Or get a cheap DC2, sell the B18 and go for a full overhaul and K20 transplant. Epic run and some serious speed for the twisties and not much will match it.

A silly thing to do, but why not, we are but young!
