Eh? I fully understand how temperature and atmospheric conditions will effect the ignition and fueling parameters and thus alter the power output, but surely on 23/07/2011 at 11AM the car either put out X horsepower or it put out Y horsepower?

Or is the figure on the printout after powerstations computer has done some mathematical fudgery to try and calculate what it would have been on a cold friday in december at 500ft above sea level?

I am pretty sure the figures that were quoted in the first post were the corrected figures, the dyno printouts have an engine power and a corrected engine power on the sheets.

Technically it isn't mine yet, buying it from my old man once I get the Mondeo sold! Just had it insured for the day as I was intrigued as to what power it would put out, and still am, stupid tip box! :D

just the crap spec 1600 sohc, supposed to make 88bhp so cant moan at 95 considering it's old, high miles and has lived a very hard life. Displeased I missed out on a MIVEC lump for €250 today, didn't hang around for long.

Echoed... great pics.. Awesome skills.

Having done a disappointing first dyno, I plugged my dongle into the car and had a report back that my direct ignition cartridge was on its way out.. Replacement DIC and spark plugs now ordered..

I wish I sorted this the week before.. :o
