Whilst I have no sympathy for her or anyone else that kills themselves through their own stupidity, taking drugs doesn't make you a bad person. It isn't hurting anyone but yourself and you have the right to do what you like to your own body.

Burglars and rapists however are hurting other people, it's just not comparable.
