German Plates on VW, BMW etc

Yes, it is.

So not only does it make you look like a pillock, but if you get seen you'll be asked to have them removed.

Don't get me wrong, I like the look of pressed-metal plates. But only in the standard UK font/colour/country combination.

And why do they all seem obsessed with pedobear?

I've yet to see a car with a pedobear sticker on... apart from my own of course.

I've had the same sticker on my rear windscreen for about 4-5 years!

On a slightly related note, someone at my work has a Citreon C5 with his private plated, pressed metal. It looks terrible on new cars!

There is a C5 around here with a big old silver GB logo on it, like you'd get on old minis and the like... looks idiotic.

ive actually seen french cars (saxos, 106s, clios etc) with pressed steel french marked plates, so its not just dub scene gayers
