Joint care - what to take?

Agreed with oli - not convinced with glucosamine, I have a paper somewhere stating that taken with something else it can trigger improvements but alone it isn't that effective, but I'll be damned if I can find it at the moment :(
 
I was suffering a lot of knee pain recently with all my running

taking 2 tablets of Fish Oil/Glucosamine - and I've noticed a real difference - placebo or not - its helped me

my parents have had phs at hospital recently and for both of them the professional recommended glucosamine to them - they said it may or may not have an effect - as it differs from personto person - but as its so cheap to buy - you may as well take it

I've got some glucosamine tablets here.

I've been reading about this stuff perhaps I'll finish the tablets off
but in the long run actually go for 3/6/9 tablets like I am right now.
 
so omega 3 has some sort of anti inflammatory benefit..

let me read about it

you need all the omegas but i balance my diet and only go nuts on the 3's for the weight loss assistance. om's 3/6/9 cant be dosed so high because there are sides from i think 6's. i take glucosamine when i do a heavy lifting phase.

this is all anecdotal stuff i have researched in the past, however i have no references for you im afraid.
