Agreed, I had it maxed out on an i5 750, 8GB RAM, ATI 6950.
There's not that much of a difference really.
Not sure if it has been said before but there are some new decent quality vids up on the cake. One of the vids confirms to create a guild you have to go to capital cities, does anybody know what level you go to your factions capital? Is it level 10? (Preparing for the epic race on release to get to the capital and create the guild)
Thats a pity, I had hoped that all the OcUK MMOers would use the MMO community site eventually. Simply as a way to offer an easy portal for the OcUK MMO guilds and people looking for information on the OcUK guilds (be it what server they are on, what faction they are, who they should contact about joining a guild or what their website is) without it getting lost in a swathe of other gaming threads.
I think your forgetting something mate...if we create the guild on the official SWTOR website now, when the game starts and we login the guild will be there already and we'll all be talking in guild chat...which is why I said to you and others other week we should get a move on...but everyone was saying "oh lets wait till release"...I'd like to disagree because thousands of other people have already created their guilds as you can see from searching through the guilds already made on the SWTOR website.
The people that made TOR made this unique feature where we can make the guilds now using the software on their website and the guild will appear when we login to the game...which I personally think was a fantastic idea.
So lets just pick a name, make the guild, and then be done with it...and then when the game comes out and is finally released we'll all be playing together and everybody will be happy.
It will be nice to go to the SWTOR website and see "oh look it says we have 40 members now"...next day I login..."oh look we have 60 members now"...also people can start inviting their friends from this forum and also real-life friends to come join us on the offical SWTOR in our guild.
The tools are there for us to do this...everybody else is doing it...I think we should do it now, I dont think there should be a problem with that...I could have done it myself weeks ago...
Nope, there really isn't that much of a difference is there ?
The extra 4GB of RAM would make zero difference, and an i3 2120 has ~500mhz on an i5 750.
Apologies if it sounded like sarcasm, it wasn't meant that way![]()
I haven't been much reading and watching of video's over the past year or so about this game. But over the past week since the pre-order of the CE went live I been doing a hell of a lot more.
So I hate to admit this at my age. But I feel like I'm 10 again and going to watch Star Wars for the first time all over again. When watching an catching up on all of it.
Roll on the release date, it can't come fast enough.
Yeah I'm a nerd I know.![]()

Just watched some of the new cake videos and the sooner this is out the better!
I just recieved the latest Gamestar Magazine from Germany this morning in my mailbox and i was suprised to read this about Operations (Raids). Translation: "Each Raid has 2 sizes, for 8 and 16 heros, aswell as ajustable difficulty levels. The quality of the loot is based on the difficulty setting of the instance." After every bossfight EACH player gets a bag of Rewards", sais Lead designer Gabe Amatangelo. "Inside that Bag you can find class specific Items, or Badges which can be used to buy items. You don't have to fight for your rewards."
+1
Such a shame that this isn't going to be released until the time when i will actually have loads of work to do![]()

It costs a good few credits too.

I thought on swtor.com you could set up a guild now and have it automatically set up when you log in with your 1st toon connected to your swtor.com account.
Nice![]()
