then you didnt deserve to be in silver, league placement means nothing for this reason:

player1 is in league 'competitive' all 100 people play a lot and the top player is 2000 points , despite p1 playing all the time he is only 40th but has 1300 points.
player2 is in league 'casual' 95 people dont play at all, and those that do play little, p1 is rank 1 with only 500 points.


^^ so as above if league mattered p2 would be amazing right? WRONG.
its all about the MMR, your wins/loses etc , who your getting matched with.....

so the system has put you against low silvers (which you must have lost a lot) and mid/high bronzes and decided bronze is best for you.

Played my season 3 match, stayed in diamond where I've been forever! I can't get any better at this game, but don't get any worse either just think I've hit my skill cap with 1300 games played!

To the post above, yes agree entirely. Easiest way to tell if you're close to a promotion or demotion is if you're regularly playing players in the league above or below you. If you're winning 50% or more against players the league above you'll go up soon enough.
 
Pants :( Managed to place Platinum on my 2v2 but my 1v1 game got interrupted by a work call and I got distracted and placed bronze :( I don't know if I have the heart to fight my way back up again...

[Edit] I had only just managed to get to silver before the end of S2.

Well, after winnign my placement match in 4v4 and being placed in bronze, I ahve clawed my way back to silver adn eyeing up a promotion to gold! **shakes fist and the ladder**

The placement match for season 3 was just a barrier to entry. You've been assessed by all the games you played through season 2 including the lock-in time. Even if you won the placement, you'd still be bronze.

how do people manage drop ships? i find them such a pita, you can't rally them to your attacks because they arrive and pick up the unit you told it to rally to :rolleyes:
 
Double click one medivac, it should select all of them.
Press M on the keyboard and click on a unit you want it to follow (I suggest bio unit).

Not really sure if this was worth staying up for. Some very nice stuff from the Slayers boys in the TvZ, blue flame is disgustingly good.
Hopefully HuK vs DRG will be good.
 
Watching the GSL final atm, wishing LosirA would put up a fight, but NesTea is just completely outclassing him
