I'm not sure that if getting pumped by a pedo is the textbook definition of treating her well. Acutally pretty sure it's not.

I didn't really word my argument well, but perhaps the people who are her parents now were not the ones that kidnapped her! Perhaps they adopted her, maybe through dubious means like the people who like to adopt Chinese kids, but have no idea that their kid is Maddie McCann. It's just their child who they shower with love and attention.

If her parents are in the Josef Fritzl camp then yes, lock them up and return the child.

Your argument was worded perfectly fine, they chose to alter what you said to suit their own argument.

If you think about it just for a second, it's not like the McCanns are textbook definitions of good parents in the first place. In my opinion they don't deserve to be parents at all if that's how they treat their children, and before some one has a whinge and tries to claim I'm saying that Madeline deserved being "abducted" or what ever happened to her, I'm not. I don't feel sorry for the parents, I feel sorry for the little girl.
