None. Only thing it's needed in 9 months was new rocker cover gaskets which I did myself.

Another year maybe, had its MOT last week and failed on one ball joint.

Cadillac Deville 2002 - bought at 82,500 in Dec 2010.

Parts replaced:

Spark plugs ($80, self-fitted), front + rear brakes & discs ($250 + $250 labour), passenger mirror ($100, self-fitted) & water pump + housing cover ($100, self-fitted).

Keeping it:

Until it dies! But if I can get it to 150k without needing any major repairs I'll be pretty happy :)

1998 Peugeot 406 2.1TD XUD11BTE

What mileage are you currently on?

207,157

What major parts have you replaced?

Cambelt (twice) every 72k, due another shortly, along with the waterpump. Will be having the rad and bottom hose done too, they leak, common problem on this car. Everything else is good, no rattles, still pulls very well and feels tight. Drinks absolutely no oil, manages to go between services without even a topup. Still on its original clutch so this may need replacing soon, they seem to eventually give up between 200-250k - I try to be gentle with it though.

How long do you intend to keep the car for?

Until it gets to 500,000 miles like SB118's! Maybe even more :)

As a sidenote, SB118: are you on the 406oc forum?

Turbo,Manifold,Exhaust,Cams,Spray Bars,Injectors,ECU,Wheels,Dampers,Springs,Control Arms,Wheels - Strictly speaking not required at all though :D How long it will last with a bar and a half of boost down it is questionable though...

12-24 months depending on its relaiblity

Think its going to need a new dual mass flywheel soon bit clatery on start up and clunks between gear changes occasionally
