Sata 3 Expansion Card for Vertex 3/ Agility 3

Can anyone recommend a Sata 3 expansion card for a vertex 3 or Agility 3?
I'd like to get the best performance possible without upgrading my motherboard.

From the specification on the ASUS site my P6T Deluxe appears to be compatable.

I've just read that performance is not as expected with a vertex 3 and the Asus U3S6 sata 3 controller card because it uses marvel.

Is anyone using a vertex 3 or Agility 3 with Asus U3S6 Sata 3 Controller Card?

Can anyone provide some benchmarks?

I am, I'll supply some benchmarks tomorrow but the performance readings differ depending on what benchmarking tool is used. For example on CrystalMark I get fairly lowish speeds, but using ATTO they're much higher.
