Here is my car Toyota IQ
I have had it from February,I bought it secondhand and I have been very pleased with it.
It has the 1 litre engine and a whopping 67 bhp but it is a great engine for town driving and on the motorway you sometimes have to drop a gear.
I pay no road tax and congestion charge hopefully low insurance
It has a 5 year warranty.
It is very deceptive the size because I am 6ft 2 and it feels very much like a larger car inside.
It is well equipped full climate control,dusk-sensing lights, rain sensitive wipers, traction control,9 airbags.

It is a fun car and I do a lot of urban driving mostly because I get free rail travel with my job.

I am saving a lot of money on fuel and running costs.

I realise it may be everyones cup of tea but it is great little car:)

Here are some photos no inside shots but I will some later

What's the interior like? I drove an Aygo for a morning and while it's fine around down, but as soon as the NSL sign comes up and I put my foot down, the speed wasn't increasing fast enough for my liking. The 40-60 time is awful. Plus I hated the interior.

I suppose it's like Toyota's take on Smart cars.

The interior is good the only annoying thing is the plastic marks very easily.
On the performance side it is nippy in town but on A roads you have to change down the engine likes to be revved.
You have to look ahead to determine what gear you need.
It is fun to drive because it is like gocart.

The IQ is really a 2 +1 in the back I normally have rear seats down for shopping and luggage.

Jesus Christ that car is expensive. The Toyota website says from £9999!

That is why I got mine secondhand mine is the IQ2

You get 47.4 mpg?? I would've thought you get more than that.

I get about 42 mpg and I have a 1.8L Yaris according to the Trip from the last fill 3 weeks ago.

I do a lot of urban driving and only about 12 miles a day

The Motorway I have got 55-60 MPG

I thought I would get more but I think I might be to heavy with my right foot:)

The supercharged one does sound good

When I was looking to buy the IQ I did look at the 1.33 but was put off by the price and you would lose the benefit of no road tax and lower running costs.

As well I liked the character of the 1 litre triple.

There is great video on youtube with IQ going around the ring in 10 mins and 37 seconds. Its sounds great LOL

Toyota reckon 7MPG difference, and the tax would be £30 a year. I really can't see you noticing the difference personally. :p

Where you would notice the difference, is in the fact that it gives you 50% more engine power.
