Call of duty 4: Will this run at 250FPS constant?

It's people like you that ruin games. I very capable at mw without that crap so how about you just try to get good at the game? No wonder more people go to consoles for online gaming
 
I see this as cheating, exploiting the game engine to get an advantage just because it either can't be fixed or can't be stopped. I see it the same as bunny hopping or strafing into walls to gain a speed advantage. In some games where using such exploits became so huge as to require it to be used to compete effectively it just ruins the game for people who want to play it as it was intended rather than just how it happens to be due to engine bugs.

It's due to things like this that I don't play silly games like this any more, if developers are not smart enough to make a game without these cheats in this day and age then their game isn't worth my time.

This really isnt directed at you personally. But do people genuinely think that brought = bought or is it some local slang? It seems to crop up so often on these forums that it can't be just a typo. :confused:

Rubbish, frame rate exploits have been part of quake engined games for years and years and years and are generally accepted in competitive play.

Implying it leads to wallhacking etc. is absurd.

if its for competition then i suppose its going to be used by everyone as theyll know about it but to use something like this on public servers etc is pretty lame as not everyone would know, it is an advantage.
 
most people who play fps gaming change fps does no one change there fps is bf ?

i see a lot in this very thread who change there configs in bfbc2 ban them the cheating ******** :p

i use 263 fps in cod 4 it give me auto aim
 
Basically some people want an advantage over others, if competitive play has everyone using it sure, but whats the point. Why don't they all play like everyone else does?

You can lower the detail on one setting that things out the trees and bushes until you're right next to them, of course I'm surprised Dg has no problem with trying every dirty trick to get a small advantage :p

'Cos why should they? If they can get an advantage so be it.

Every FPS I play I turn down/off the settings to the point that I can see players a lot better.
