I'm buying on Monday or Tuesday this week and still looking for a decent GPU... I'm not looking to OC the CPU, thats why I went for the non "K" version. Max budget £170 Inc VAT.

Well yeah, £12 means that in 2 years you have a 4.5+Ghz quad and not a 3.3ghz. £12 now could save you hundreds down the line.
