Im a big fan of Sci-fi / Space Horror Movies, anything thats in space or involves an alien etc but the film is meant to be scary or scary-ish. So movies like Starship Troopers or District 9 dont qualify, theyre still good movies but they are not horror.

Ive made a list below of movies I've seen / own.

Can anyone add to the list a movie(s) they recommend?

The Alien and AVP series
Cloverfield
Doom
Event Horizon
Pandorum
Predator series
Signs
Sunshine
The Thing

Scary? I'd be scared if someone made me watch Solaris again. 2 hours of nothing happening on a space station with gorgeous george - no ta.

Oh dear, you watched the remake.

And to the op, most of the films you suggested as being horror aren't. You could try the flawed but watchable Saturn 3 or Dante 01

I won't say that they're good across the board, but here's a few more for your list:

Hellraiser: Bloodline
Critters 4
Jason X
The Dark Lurking
Plaguers
Dark Side of the Moon
Demon Seed
Deep Space (Charles Napier F.T.W)
The Borrower
Galaxy of Terror
The Killings at Outpost Zeta
Inseminoid
Lifeforce
Planet of the Vampires
Forbidden World
Creepozoids
Star Crystal

Saturn 3?

Warning: This film is total Marmite! I love it because I watched it when I was about 10 and it gripped my young mind.

Edit: note to self... search/read thread properly before adding suggestions... sorry, DeathCube :)

One that hasn't been mentioned, though: Society.

Love that film!

That hellraiser film for me is the best out of the entire series by a country mile. It explains the story of the lament configuration box and has an ultimate conclusion on a space station. It was a really good idea for a film, just wish they threw more of a budget at it to make it truly awesome.
