You need to copy the forum code from ImageShack into your post.

But use smaller images.

Yours are too big for comfort.

Have you plugged the DVI cable into the correct DVI port on the graphics card?

Only one is dual link.

Swap the cable to the other DVI connector.

May need a restart.

Is there a newer Catalyst driver that fixes refresh issues?

I remember Nvidia had a 59hz bug for a long time.
