Am also waiting for this card to come to store.
From where I'm buying it says that they will probably have it in stock september 1.

Loghtnings are a bit too expensive for my taste. Especially seeing as I liquid cool my cards

I also liquid cool my pc, and this card isn't reference design, I know that, but this card already has some aluminum plate on vrams and mofsets, originally cooled by the stock fans, but that shouldn't be a problem. In that case I can use my current universal GPU water block from EK to cool the GPU chip.

So what's going on with the stock? When was this card released?

There is one on ebay, but from US. Does any1 know if I end up paying customs fees and if so, how much? Here's the auction http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/290590736424

Custom charges are usually about 20% but its a bit iffy. Depending on how its packaged etc you may or may not get charged custom fees.

Careful if its sent by fedex though. They almost always charge but they dont tell you until 3-4weeks later they send a letter through the post.

DHL seems nice. They never charged me. Even got a DSLR through without any extra charges

Anyway try getting the seller to use DHL or EMS if thats available in the US for your best chances of avoiding custom charges.

Get it fedexed and ask the seller to pay for customs. TBH, will be cheaper getting it in the UK if you wait a bit more

Hey WTF? When is that card coming back to the store? I mean the 3GB version? Even though it's not reference design, I am planning to cool it with my current water block, the universal EK-VGA Supreme HF, vram and mofsets will have to be cooled pasively or with some other universal mosfets blocks
:facepalm: There's already an aluminum plate stack to the vram and mosfets, which should be just fine...
