EVGA is Back, Anniversary Promos, and more

EVGA nick, what's the turnaround time for RMAs? And are there any NFF fees?
One more question, do EVGA pay for shipping to them (have I already asked this?)

Not sure about NFF? Can you elaborate?

The RMA Process:

Contact EVGA by support ticket or phone.

If the conclusion is that the product is faulty or that it has been troubleshooted as much as possible and no other options are left and you wish to have the product replaced: an RMA Ticket issued.

Submit your RMA Request on the site. Select between Standard and Advanced.

Advanced ships you the product first and requires a collateral payment that is reimbursed when we receive your product back. You have 30 days for us to receive it back. You can use some of the time to troubleshoot with both products if needed.

You will receive confirmation of request and a notice that we need a copy of your invoice for approval if it is not already on file.

Request approved. You ship us the product (Standard) or we ship you the product (Advanced).

All RMA products received are inspected for damage and received into the system the day they arrive. This status will update on your My Products section of your account. If there is damage to the received product you would be contacted instead and the RMA would be received once resolved.

Shipping back to you is UPS Standard and paid by EVGA. This happens within 1-3 business days of having received your product. From what I can tell, this usually means 3 or 4 day delivery times for the UK.

We are looking to add extra shipping options soon so you can upgrade it if you wish. We are also looking into offering additional payment solutions. We currently take payment by Paypal.

NFF is no fault found. With my Gigabyte card, sent it to OcUK and they couldn't find the fault, charged me £20 as a fee (NFF fee). (obviously OcUK reimbursed me when I was proven right :D)

So we have to pay for shipping to EVGA? And then EVGA pays for shipping back

Odd, I got a GTX 580 SC with backplate. It was a KR product.

Do I have the 3 yrs warranty that the KR products are supposed to have or the 10 advertised on box

KR products, 3 year warranties, are replacing the old ET and TR products which had 2 year and no Step-Up. Registration is recommended but not required until you would want to claim warrant directly with EVGA. Options for 5 or 10 year warranties and Step-Up are available directly from EVGA at registration within 30 days of purchase.

ER products are still the same, registration within 30 days for the 10 year warranty.

Nice, I really wish my 580GTX's were forfilled when i ordered 3 of them back on launched i only got two.. Apparently i was lucky to get two, But my spare system i use for work has a 6970 Which i bought before the real benchmarks where out, Because people were saying how fast it was etc, Turned out to be a abit of a hot lemon, And you can really tell the difference on Wow which favours Nvidia.

FSX looks so amazing on nVidia. Can't wait until Kepler - bit of a fanboy but not as bad as raven, rrof and some others :)

My backplates have arrived:
