ID this vampire/monster movie

Pretty sure it's a vampire movie but not 100%

About a group of people that go somewhere (like a bar or club) and turns out there are lots of vampires there.

Two of the main characters I remember:

Male - has those old fashioned 'gangstar' shoes, a bit like these:

And I think he had a cane, and occasionally done sort of cabaret dance moves (a weird character trait).

Female - gets 'turned' and comes back with bangs (i.e. the hairstyle) and they are referred to as looking like daggers.

I think one of the good guys gets turned and right at the end, when they are returning home, he has to travel back under the streets (in the sewer system) to avoid sunlight.

Hmm, with the way you've described it I have my doubts but when you talk about him having to travel back through the sewers, could it be Vamp?

I think you're confusing a few different movies, but for the most part Nullvoid is correct with Vamp. The sewer finale is indeed the ending of that movie.

I wouldn't say the end bit with him returning home via the sewers (while his friends are above ground) could be described as the 'finale' though - it's just them going home at the end of the film.

The bangs that are like daggers and the evil guy that is some sort of tap dancers are definitely the main characters I remember.

Ah, it's not Vamp then. In that movie the whole group goes via the sewers, as one of them is a vampire and the sun is rising. It's in the sewers that the final fight with the head vampire (played by Grace Jones) takes place.

Can you remember roughly when it would have been released?

I remember seeing in the 90s I think, so release a bit before that. Perhaps early 90s?? Not sure.
