Having played BF3 finding it hard to pick this up and play again.

Can't help but agree, BF3 felt so alive in comparison. BC2 just seems slow and clunky now, the movement isn't anywhere as near as fluid.

I noticed this too!, i thought something was wrong with my keyboard or settings, i felt like i was floating, movement felt odd. I'd rather play the alpha in the metro than another round of bfbc2 lol

The only thing that spoils it is the 3D spotting, take that away and u got a perfect game coming

I uninstalled it yesterday and installed Black Ops instead, as i can strafe whilst sprinting like i could in BF:3, it should keep me occupied till the beta arrives.

I really didn’t think that the sound could be beat in this game but the Alpha blew my mind of how amazing BF3 is going to sound. Also the player models and animations are starting to look a bit old now.

I was playing BFBC2 for weeks before the alpha, but now when i go back it doesn’t feel as good.

MoH is the same, the only game where i found the movement to be ideal [mainly due to strafe-sprinting] is Black Ops, the other two use the mouse, i'm pretty sure all CoD games have always had the ability to strafe-sprint with the keyboard.

Can anyone recommend any decent servers? I've just got back into the game out of sheer boredom (until BC3) and tend to just pick random low ping servers via the ingame browser atm.
