Hi there people, I cant believe whats happened, I was really far into mafia 2 and my PC died and so I didnt play it for a couple of months on my new PC and then I decided to start playing again and I've been playing it over last 4 days, started again from beggining...
The first time around I was at the bit with the mansion and some old guy in my car, cant remember, think I rescued him or something...
And last night I was at the part where you've been selling cigerettes and then I chase some guy in the car but he gets away and then it tells me to go to a phone booth nearby and make a phone call...chapter 8 or something.
So I've played through it twice, its an amazing game, but I want to complete it!!! ArrrraAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!
If someone emails me their saves I would be so thankful. Email is in trust.
EDIT: The save files are in "C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\2K Games\Mafia II" you have to show hidden files to get to that location...and inside the mafia 2 folder is two folders, one called data and one called saves, I'm presuming I just need the saves folder, if you can zip it up and email it to me, would be much appreciated, my folder is 5.3mbs.
EDIT: Almost forgot to say what I did this time round to make the saves vanish, I updated the game and then the saves dissapeared...
EDIT: I wonder if theres a cheat to unlock the levels then I could just choose chapter 8 and start from there, I'll do a search whilst I wait for replies.
