Quick audio wiring question!

Ok, want to remove sub/amp from my car as I want to put in my new car when I collect it but the current set up was in current car when i bought it and is a mish-mash of different guage wires and some are a little short.

So I want a new wiring kit and I know nothing about gauges etc. Is there a best across the board kit or does it depend on what speakers your running?

Currently have This vibe 430 amp, apline 12" type s sub.
The amp is currently running the sub and the front components but think the new car only has coaxs in the front..

Go to your local car shop and ask for an amp wiring kit. If you tell them what amp you have the should supply the correct guage ect.

That should be more than enough to run your set up

10 AGW would run it, But I'd go 8 AGW (slightly bigger) to be on the safe side and gives you scope for future replacement amps etc.

So 4 AGW would be overkill then? Just in the amp description it mentions 4ohms and 2ohms, or is this something different ?

4AGW is for quite heavy set ups, pro set up guys use 0AGW.
