Wanting to upgreade my card shortly altought I've read somewhere that there will may possibly be a new gen of cards soon, is this correct or have I found some bad info?

Well thats true but you know when payday has just come and gone I always get the urge to buy shiny things

As always the next gen of cards will probably be prohibitively expensive and probably work amazing well as heaters, they could have course trigger the re-pricing of the current crop of cards and make them more affordable.

As for me I gave in this week and bought the Gigabyte 560Ti OC to replace my ageing 4890.

Well occasionally I can get things through my work ex vat which is nice, which means a Frozr 6950 wuold be a fair bit cheaper. hmm decisions decisions!

I'd imagine that when BF3 comes out there's gonna be loads of us buying new cards. If NVIDIA & ATi have their heads screwed on they'll do a big push of new stuff then...
