weird thread is weird.
If your films regularly contain the phrases "i'm surrounded by lady boys" and "PS lady boys have been exhausted " you're not watching my type of film

Patong (in Phuket) was worse than those places for ladyboys tbh! Although it did have some great non-ladyboy bars. Including an Irish bar where everyone was singing and bashing their pints/bottles on the bar!
Me and a mate were there on our way to Koh Phiphi.
In Thailand right now. Store of lady boys have been exhausted. Only bones. Water low. Don't know how much longer I can go on. Gums bleed, teeth loose. Lack vitamins. Something in the dark. Keep fire going. I hear it move. Pray for morning....
some ladyboys are real hot...others look like arnold Schwarzenegger with a wig

Not sure I'd call them hot, but some look a lot more convincing than others to be sure.
Noticed that myself the last time i was there
Stay away from Bangkok, Pattaya (Pattaya is to Bangkok what Southend is to London) and Phuket if the UK party crowd is an issue. Go to somewhere like Koh Samui (away from Chaweng Beach), Koh Pha-ngan, Krabi etc for a quieter, more family friendly beach holiday experience. Alternatively try Udon Thani, Chiang Mai or Chiang Rai for a more cultural / local experience.
Saying Thailand is full of morons of any nationality based on experiences of places like Bangkok, Pattaya or Phuket is very short sighted.

No it is a fact you will fidn the most attracitve girls in thailand are ladybodys
Reason being they have spent the most on plastic surgery and amny take hormone pills from a young age so dont develop manly at all...Plus they go OTT with clothign and make up.
Any tiem I see a real hot girl in thailand I have to double chekc she aint a tranny or a post-op
But post-op you really wouldnt know?
post op's need lube they aren't "self basting" if you get what I mean.

Actually my favourite place in Thailand is Koh Sammet. (sammed/samet)

It's so much better than the more common touristy islands. Don't get me wrong, it's still touristy, but it tends to be couples rather than single foreigners looking for partys/sex like so many other parts of Thailand. A genuinely decent place to go.
And awesome beaches too.
(plus its only like 2 hours from BKK)

I agree, but my own opinions are based on a wider range of experiences than that. I've rented an apartment in BKK, and also travelled around Thailand and several other places in Asia.
I found that all the nightlife areas of Thailand often had Uk/Europen people fighting and generally being yobs, whereas when I was in the Philipines it was a similar scene, but without the British yobbery.
Sure Thailand doesn't have such yobs if you get out of the main touristy areas, but most people wont.... Personally I'd rather go back to the Philipines, where you get a similar beach/night/bar/shopping/restaurant scene, but don't see Brits walking around topless or in football shirts beating each other up in the street over bar girls. :/
