Look at me! It's my birthday!
Happy birthday also to:
Grummkol, Kazatan (27), singh221 (24), jack_008 (20), Lekner
Well, I don't feel any different now that I'm 30, but I'm determined to have a good day despite the rain.
My lovely lass is currently cooking me my birthday request of bacon, scrambled eggs, pancakes and maple syrup. We're then off to go on the London Eye, followed by a walk on the Thames and a glass of champers somewhere. Then curry for lunch at the Bengal Clipper (http://www.bengalclipper.co.uk/) followed by a boat ride on the river down to Greenwich where we'll have pie/pastries in the park - weather permitting - before heading back up to London Bridge to have drinks with friends this evening.
Anyway, that's enough "look at me". Have a good day everyone and spare a thought for me as I'll probably wet myself and forget where I am at some point now that I'm in my 4th decade.
Anyone struggle with turning 30? Mourning your 20s, etc.?
