Logitech been ripped off - to grass or not?

When my DFP wheel became faulty they sent me a replacement without quibble and asked me to just cut the USB plug from the old one and send it to them. They actually sent the new one to me before I even got around to sending them said USB plug.

Top service, and I hope this little ***** gets done for fraud.

I guess logitech agreed that there is something dodgy going on with it. Good to see a good deed being rewarding. Logitech customer services is legen - wait for and I hope you are not lactose intollerant because the next bit is - dairy!

It's nice to see you being rewarded for reporting the moron, just today I had a warranty claim sorted out by Logitech and I am having a new keyboard sent out (many of the keys are misbehaving 'p adds that dash for exam'ple, and I have to edit it out using the mouse as the left arrow key gives me 5s!)

Sad to see their fantastic customer service being abused in such a manner, reporting it was certainly the right thing to do. Kudos.
 
Wow they seem to have good service, I need remote controls for each room in the house so I think I will order Harmony One's as they seem to want to take care of their customers.

That is awesome news, thank you OCUK and thank you Logitech, it is nice to see they actually listened, which is partly down to Andy at OCUK picking up on it. I've mailed you my details. Will grab some piccies of the goodies, hope theres a nice G19 inside, my G15 is getting a bit tatty
 
I was kind of disappointed they didn't ask me to destroy my MX1100, I wanted a reason to make some thermite :(
Same when they replaced my broken G5 mouse, (got a G500 as a replacement). I thought about trying the shotgun on the defunkt rodent.:D

They are the only company i buy peripherals from, the customer service is fantastic, and theyre products are very good as well. Shame that some idiots will try to take advantage of their excellent service.

Due to this thread i asked them if i could buy replacement speakers as some had blown, they asked for proof of purchase which was over 3 years ago and they sent me a 50% off voucher :O I wasnt intending to buy a whole new speaker setup at all but due to that i've just ordered myself some Z5500's for half price! Only wanted to know if they had spares lol! Thumbs up to them!
