Probably mean people paying for unlimited when they don't need it, like pulling 5 - 10gb a month.
I pay £12 a month for BE Unlimited
£12? I'm on the same service and pay £18. Explain please.

Sounds like they are increasing prices in line with increased costs, hardly greedy :-/Article said:...has increased from £13.95 in 2010 and represents a rise of about 5%. At least half of this is probably down to January's +2.5% hike in Value Added Tax (VAT), while the rest comes from the ever increasing burden of rising data consumption and new laws/regulation.
I pay £12.26.
Phone 'em them, or open up a message through their website and say you're considering moving as you've found a cheaper price elsewhere (I quoted o2's price when I did it) and they might discount you. They did for me, and my pal when I told him. I think I told people about it here so maybe that's how DJMK4 did it.
I am not overpaying
I pay £12 a month for BE Unlimited which gives me unlimited, un-throttled connection of up to 24mb down and 1.4mb up, of which I recieve 19mb down and 1.3mb up.
Hardly ripping me off?
Thanks to OCuk, I got the same deal. Told them I could get O2 broadband for £5 cheaper and they offered me the discount straight away.
I've now moved by BT landline rental to Be too. £22.26 all in for unlimited broadband + phone. Great company.![]()
