Guns/ammo or gold silver ?

At least I'll have my Jesus Phone to keep me entertained!

Me too. :D

Hehe
Just out of interest... who has their bug out bag ready for the impending Zombie Apocalypse/End of the world as we know it event?

I know i have most of what i need in my deluxe Cyclone kit :)

I don't but I doubt it would just happen overnight and would probably be a gradual thing. In which case I'd raid the cupboards for supplies, fill the car and fuel cans with as much petrol as I could and then get the **** out of my town. :p

Not sure if this is good (depends on how long it will take) as my 2 year old son is on my left.

if its gonna be in 16 years might just work out fine.

A cellar full of fine wines and spirits. When the time comes I'll go down there have a few drinks and think about it.

Gang together with as many other people as possible, on a hill, build a village and start farming.

Then when some random bloke rumbles up on his own to steal our food there will be so many of us we will over run him, steal his truck and his gun and put him to slave labour clearing rocks out of the fields so they are ready for planting.

His family will be put to service in the big hut of the villages chief.

Praise the lord....Christ will save me..

It has always fascinated me why so many people, particularly on the more geeky based internet forums have always been so interested in fantasising about the apocalypse and how they would survive afterwards.

It was then explained to me that these people think that it is society that holds them back from their potential and as such fantasise about a scenario with no boundries, when in reality their own failings in this current life that have led them to fantasising like such are the same failings that would mean they wouldn't survive 2 minutes in a world with no boundaries.

What I am saying is that I think my disabled grandma has more of a chance of surviving than the OP who probably couldn't fight himself out of a wet paper bag let alone "be ready mentally to do what ever I have to."

I thought it was just because they play so many games and watch so many movies about a post apocalyptic world.

Further evidence they wouldn't survive a second in a real conflict. A reliance on pure nonsense fiction in comparison to real world skills and experience.

I would go for weapons and ammo without hesitation. Should everybody else go feral, I'd like the means with which I end it all to be as quick and painless as possible.

**** living in a post-apocalyptic world.

Guns run out of ammo, I have a sword at home which will see me good to protect the family.

Wait until everyone else has killed each other and then.....you think I am going to tell you my plan! ;)
