Although I'll get a fine if my dog poos in the street yet they can ride about town crapping on everything in sight - this is ok apparently.
Lol- whilst horse poo is annoying, it's slightly impractical to pick it up and it's just not the same as meat based excrement.

If racism is looking at a certain ethnic group and pointing out facts about their way of life and their effect on others, on a daily basis and trying to distance oneself from that element of society (of which they have no respect for) then yes, i am a racist.
I see douches from every race, but fact of the matter it seems like in my experience, 8/10 of the 'Negroe' species of man fits into that category.
Still, there is a slight hypocrisy in a mounted police officer giving you a ticking off for dog mess, just as his horse is offloading a few kilo's of steaming horse **** in front of you while he's doing it.
Plus, if people carry plastic bags for their animals I fail to see why the police cannot act responsibly.
Horse poo costs lives.

I would include british football hooligans, yobs, chavs and heavy binge drinkers aswell who cause misery for local community and ambulances.
Seriously though police in this country needs to become very harsh and tough. Can't be like the usual 'polite' police. It doesn't work any more. Many of idiots in this country have no fear of police and they know they can get away with anything.
Criminal law is too soft in this country and this is coming from me who himself is a migrant.
