Anyone ever been to the Scilly Isles?

Is there anything to do on the Scilly Isles? I fancy going for a day next week but after having a quick google it would appear that there is sweet FA to see or do

Can anyone enlighten me? If one were to visit for a day, maybe stay a night, what would you recommend?

Only thing I can think of that I did was go to that tropical garden, and some beaches.

I'll be going by plane. I didn't realise you could get a chopper over, that's pretty damn cool

The beaches are awesome but it's more a nice place to see in a photograph rather than a great place to be, you know, doing stuff.
