Is 1GB VRAM enough?

even then, the only worthy cards of sli/ crossfire are 1gb or higher, like the 560,570,580 & 590, and for amd 6870,6950,6970 & 6990
there are only three cards there that actually have 1gb models

How can he learn anymore?

His A Level in Maths makes him an expert on instantaneous FPS.

No there arent.

6<23 doesn't require A-level math..., not to mention that some of them in your list doesnt cripple a single GTX560 Ti 1GB below 50 fps because I've played them and I know.

^^ Proof that a 1 Gb GTX 560 ti is all you need for any game out there. Until you turn up the AA that is

There isnt a single game out there that can cripple 3 1 Gb 6950s in tri CF, proof that you currently dont need anymore than 1 Gb Vram.

And you dont even own a GTX 560ti you liar.

Sigh.. You still don't get it how vram in SLI/CF works. They do not stack up. You cannot avoid lag spikes even with quad sli/cf (if possible to do 4-way bridge). You get higher average fps but still affected by lag spikes.

I stated that with 3 x 1 Gb 6950s in tri CF, you have 1 Gb Vram.

I thought you were good maths, so how according to you does 1 + 1 + 1 = 1?

Most games require alternate-frame-rendering instead of split-frame-rendering. That's why a triplet of 1GB does not add up to 3GB in such case.
