Or is 1GB really okay for SLI/xfire at 1200p?
It is at least OK in your mind to do SLI/CF with 1GB cards. I won't repeat again. Continue building up the list btwIt's still too few games there
There are far fewer games that need more than 1 Gb Vram.

There are far fewer games you've listed.

His A Level in Maths makes him an expert on instantaneous FPS.
No there arent.
6<23, not to mention that some of them in your list doesnt cripple a single GTX560 Ti 1GB below 50 fps because I've played them.
^^ Proof that a 1 Gb GTX 560 ti is all you need for any game out there.
There isnt a single game out there that can cripple 3 1 Gb 6950s in tri CF, proof that you currently dont need anymore than 1 Gb Vram.
Sigh.. You still don't get it how vram in SLI/CF works. They do not stack up.

I stated that with 3 x 1 Gb 6950s in tri CF, you have 1 Gb Vram.
I thought you were good maths, so how according to you does 1 + 1 + 1 = 1?
just not good at english![]()
Most games require alternate-frame-rendering instead of split-frame-rendering. That's why a triplet of 1GB does not add up to 3GB in such case.
