No it won't, if you overclock it to 4.5GHz stable. Most games still only use 2 cores and hardly benefit from more than 2 physical cores.

A bigger problem would be your motherboard - P55/H55 doesn't have sufficient number of native PCI-E lanes, and you'll need to rely on NF200 chips.
