Had a beast of a storm down here in West Wales a few weeks ago but nothing since, just muggy, hot, humid nights.

I was watching a heavy shower move in from the English Channel earlier - had a nice shelf cloud and a line of cloud so straight you could set a ruler to it. Saw one flash earlier - sadly these showers aren't good enough yet, but very welcome.

Seems to have stopped now, watched some good strikes a good number of them lit up the entire storm cloud. But as it moved in land it's died off a lot, hopeing it picks up again.

Lol, I got caught in a storm in the Midlands earlier, hailstones/uber rain, thunder and lightning etc. Riding my bike . kind of refreshing though! (aside from the freezing 10 mile ride home..).

We got some Thunder and Lightning here in the Isle of Man back in May which was pretty bad/spectacular. How bad has it been over in England recently?

Many of the storms have been up north, there has been a serious lack of french imports over the years
