Definitely curfew and army time.

No more nonsense, the army and police should be given powers to use 'necessary' force to restore order in what is blatanty deliberate vandalism, looting, etc.

Considering the age of most of these people, a curfew really wouldn't be out of the question. They can't just let looting and ruining of businesses continue.
