Need someone to draft a killer complaint email for me

Let us read what you added on at the end.

I would be pushing so hard for a refund! Absolutely ridiculous!

She may have been put off by your sudden, "It's quicker than my mini" statement (which did sound serious and not in a jokey way) If I was her. I would have been cautious about letting you rag it as well. Although, that's what you paid for! She definitely kept a hole of the reigns.

Dear Track Day People,

If I'd wanted a driving experience with my mother I'd have joined her on the Tesco run.

Sincerely,

Blackhawk47

Tbh, I'd have just politely ignored what she was saying and engaged man selective hearing mode.

I agree. Don't see the problem with a little spamming/truth telling on their pages.

Everyone is so PC these days.

You are much more likely to get a refund if you make a polite, structured complaint and deal with them in a mature fashion. If you just go and spam them, they will (rightly) think you're a complete idiot and you won't achieve anything.

Yes, this experience was far from acceptable, but you should give them an opportunity to do the right thing. If they don't, it's at that point you can start to do other stuff :p

As Robbie G suggested. Anonymity is a wonderful thing. I would also have made a polite formal complaint on top of the under hand stuff :D

Even if he does get a refund. Still doesn't make up for the ****** experience he had. Wasted day!

Everything is here in this thread so I won't repeat it all.

What I need is some killer stick it to the man type email which I will try and send to head office or a manager or something.

This is the company in question. http://www.6thgearexperience.com/

Thank you GD! :)

Did you raise the complaint whilst you were there? Technically speaking, you have to give them a chance to put it right for you there and then..

I think it's quite tragic that you can't be bothered to draft your own complaint email to convey your own feelings regarding the experience (or lack of it).

Stinks of laziness to me.

Maybe he's just not the greatest with words and wants someone with excellent english skills to right him a "killer" letter that management will take seriously.

Am I right OP?

Partially because I am not usually one to complain about things but I was given the following advice in the motors thread and went ahead and followed it...

Ask in GD section, plenty of clever people in there will come up with a killer email/letter for you that will just tell it as it is to whoever it concerns.

You don't have to justify yourself :). It's up to you if you want to complain about your day and not many people want to cause a fuss face-to-face with people.

So 79 posts later and no one with a good way with words has done a letter for him? just a lot of questioning.
