I'm supporting the police/firemen (who aren't all white btw) I'm just saying its a shame they couldn't be more effective - due to lack of orders i presume from the top...

Last time I looked it riots where the majority is non white, if people started doing this in my town I wouldn't hesitate to go for fight or try to stop them, I wouldnt let my friends shops get looted, you can say "oh insurance will pay" but how long does that take, these shops are out of business for days some are gone forever.
