Just watching now. The army should be drafted in to help out because the police don't seem to be doing much.

The reason why the police have not charged full on has been because there were too many bystanders.

Yea its not going to happen, they wont be sending anyone from PSNI.
A lot of NI tactics in street involve the larger armoured Landrovers we have to break riot lines. Also the police riot gear is a MUCH better armour and MUCH larger full height shield. Plus NI tacts are plastic bullets, then water cannon or Plastic Bullets till the water cannons turn up.

Im still absolutely amazed by reports saying the their isnt a single riot water cannon vehical on the Mainland.

Ive said it before and ill say it again, the MET/ England dont blieve theirs ANY police tactics to me learnt from NI dealing, the MET believe they are that good they didnt need advice..till now.

the psni could be mobilised into London within 24 hours maybe less

easy enough to charter a ferry to carry a few hundred officers and a good few dozen tangis

but i'd imagine they'll look for officers from forces closer to home to bolster the numbers first

Oh lawd, its not a threat, I will stand up for my area, always have always will, I will go to war for this country (i dont know why after what its become) the looting just sums up everything and fire-bombing of buildings. well i do miss a good Chinese, I'm not racist, my last misses was Indian with a nice set off....
Anyway the nearest issue we have around here is a few chavs but then they get sorted in house.

any news of rapes or sexual attacks, as this sort of atmosphere does suit these activities.

Don't hold your breath, it is a numbers game and the Police have less on the street.

This reminds me of the early 80's although it did seem quite a bit worse back then to me. My dad, who was in the police, was leading some of the horse charges against rioters. He led a fascinating life

I've just about had enough now though, and really want the police to go in and give them a kicking.
