Don't think you'd be able to escape with police everywhere. They'd lock on to you as a top priority if you started killing people.

Sorry, I'm with Asim18 and Paul11 on this - I would say it's quite the opposite - the electorate is crying out for a politician to live up to his pre-election promises to 'make the streets safe again'. Either the Police are given the all-clear to 'take the gloves off' or the Army should be sent in.

I don't give a **** if the rioters are kids in their teens or whatever - they need to know that if they go on the rampage they run the risk of getting the beating of their lives from a tooled-up riot copper or squaddie.

This whole touchy-feely approach to the law doesn't work and we are now reaping what we've sown. An effective police force cannot do its job under constant fear of being sued.

How I feel now

Race is not the problem, its part of the problem, its the culture, the upbringing, the respect, its all gone, that white guy dresses like a rapper, probably in a gang why else would he be there.

The initial riots were started off by black people, but then everyone joined in, whites, blacks and asians.

In the end, these people are just scum. Scum are scum, there will always be people from all races making their race look bad, it's just the fact it initially started off with black people, which is why they're getting most of the flak, even though now, it's mainly white people who are rioting.
