I am from Luton and know many asian, black and white people. It should be pointed out though, people need to address these issues, not in a racist way but as a statement of fact.

It is NOT the colour of their skins that determines these issues it is the way they are raised or associate with people. It needs to be said that it is obviously something that comes from their culture, they just so happen to all be of the same skin colour.

How can you say it makes no difference and then say these issues need to be pointed out?

I could understand if you said the majority of rioters were from Nigeria or something but we don't know. Maybe they are English.
