Nottingham Riots?

What's the originial story that started it all?

I know some guy got shot and then was it gang retaliation against the police? Then just some scam came form all over the country to "protest" and as always, ruined a peaceful campaign.
 
I'd probably take a helmet and bat if I was going out in Nottingham anyway, you'll be fiiiine.
 
my advice to anyone would be to stay in tonight, let the police at least try to their job for once without third partys getting in the way.
 
From what I've heard, it was close to a normal night in St. Ann's, with a few little scroats trying to break into a JD Sports on top of that, nothing to get your knickers in a twist though.

Honestly, nottingham is a prime target as it is a metropolitan area, covered by a shire police force, so if it really kicks off, they have no chance, though I am only a couple of hundred yards from central, and I'm not hearing anything, doesn't mean that nothing is happening..

But really? broadmarsh? there's nothing there worth looting (unless they want the apple store in the middle), would be easier to head for the purple shirted place on mansfield road, but that is extremely close to central, so probably not.
 
I've heard from a dubious source that they are smashing up Leicester, Nowt on the news or owt though.
