Indeed. We all know that there are scum of all colours, shapes and sizes. I'd love to know the percentage of people involved that are non-whites compared to the percentage of the population (local or national) that are non-whites.

Then I'd love to know why there is a much higher percentage of non-whites causing trouble. We all know it isn't directly caused by skin colour (i.e. black = criminal) so what's the underlying cause? The way I can see it it can't be anything other than cultural (by that I really mean sub-cultural i.e. inner city yoofs etc.)
