My opinion is that probably 70%- 80% of the population wouldn't mind if the police started using rubber bullets & water cannons on these idiots (myself included).
What I don't like is how some people on these forums are using this whole situation as an excuse to further their own little racist agenda's.

it would make my forefathers turn in their graves but i'm sorry, enough is enough. i've spoke to enough people in their 40's,50's,60's who have told me they would do the same if they were me.
these incidents really make me worry for this country.

Rubber bullets are all very well until the innocent 8 year old kid separated from her father gets killed.
Or the police catch someone, pin him down, and use a rubber bullet at point blank range into the side of his head to 'teach him a proper lesson'.
