(1) Mark Duggan had a loaded weapon. No evidence SO FAR that it had been fired, but its been sent for testing.
(2) Two confirmed shots from a police firearm.
(3) Mark Duggan died form a single gunshot wound to the chest. Also received a second shot to his right bicep.
