If the suspect is not co-operating and is suspected to have a gun, yes they can eliminate the thread, stop using the word "executed" you know its a wrong word to use.

Again, ideally no, however there are situations where the rights of the people (and indeed of the police officers) can justify overruling the right to life of people who refuse to respect the rights of everyone else, a principle long established in English law.

Step back and think about the sort of SCUM you are defending.

If that is true and I'm to officer arresting him, and I see a gun, I'm not going to be ******* hanging around just to see if he might kill me.
 
Whether he was guilty or not, had a gun or not, fired it or not, was a drug dealer or not, THIS BEHAVIOUR IS NOT JUSTIFIED. **** anyone who thinks it is, cos this is right on my doorstep and the only thing that's happening is innocent people are losing their jobs, their businesses, their future, and in the long run nothing will come of this apart from we will all have to sacrifice a load more of our freedoms and incure a load more taxes. All because of some disrespectful KIDS who think crime is a happy-slapping game.

Jesus you nonce. NO ONE KNOWS WHAT HAPPENED YET. There's no evidence that he didn't NOT make any dodgy action either.

But on the balance we KNOW he was a drug dealer and senior gangster. We KNOW he was armed, and was always armed with live weapons. On the balance of probability, don't you think that these trained police marksmen might have felt threatened and would have had a adequate reason for shooting him?

What? There is no argument.

A man with gang ties and a gun was shot dead. In all likelihood there was a good reason that the officer shot him.

Do I feel sorry for said man? Hell no.

Do I feel sorry for the police officer who will now have his life ruined by 'people' such as yourself? Yes.

Which has little to do with drug dealers on the face of it. That was the contention, drug dealers should be shot. That bit of the conversation was related to that alone; not firearms.
