Riots in Tottenham, London! (NO RACIST COMMENTS)

A 16 year old and two 18 year olds have been arrested for making groups on social networks that were trying to organise riots according to Sky news.
 
Just called my sister, who lives in Manchester about the riots. She said she was just about to set off to drive into the city centre to pick up her husband who is stranded there as they've cancelled all the trains and trams. Seriously worried about them both, she's not streetwise at all :(

Robbo, trust me, I have no problem with the police. I think they do a fantastic job. If the police over here in particular weren't so good, we'd still have the Army in the streets.

I'm merely trying to clarify that it isn't cut and dry that the right decision, or protocol has been made and until the investigation is complete, I think it's wrong that people are 'glad' that he was shot, regardless of what he is thought to have been.

Unfortunately, for not being happy about it, I appear to be coming across as being against the police.

I'm not. I'm against injustice and jumping to conclusions.

The question is, who said this scenario occurred?

How many hypothetical scenarios are we going to come up with?

Robbo has already said whether we've considered that Duggan was on his way to shoot someone.

Everyone should just stick to exactly what we know.

your presuming the gun was waved, your also presuming the gun was even visible, & finally, your presuming the fatal shots where intentional, when for all we know they could've been an accidental discharge, which has happened in the past, with fatal consequences.
